 Please note the following:

TPM file specifications are not provided in an EBCDIC or ASCII
 format.

TPM CD subscribers have the equivalent SPECSTP.DOC file provided as
a file on the TPM CD, as a Microsoft(R) WORD document. SPECSTP.DOC
is also available to all users (e.g. NDM recipients) as a no-charge
downloadable file at www.trainfo.com. The same applies to those who
download the TPM via the TRA Product Distribution System.

You can also download a copy of the previous TPM specifications (as
existed prior to the last time the TPM structurally changed) from
 the website.

In addition, future versions of TPM specifications (at least three
months ahead of any TPM changes), as well as an overview of the
changes, are available at the website whenever there is an
announced/scheduled TPM structural change planned. TPM changes are
also generally announced by inclusion of a paper insert included
with the CD (emailed to NDM recipients) which is usually issued three
months prior to the effective date of the changes.
